The Steering Committee, which is made up as follows, is responsible for the orientation of the OHM at Clausthal University of Technology:
- Workplace health promotion (Organizational Development staff unit)
- Occupational health and safety (Head Safety Engineer)
- Company integration management (BEM officer) and
- a representative of the staff council
The Organizational Development department heads the BGM steering committee. This ensures that projects and strategies are closely linked to TU Clausthal's strategic goals.
If necessary, other stakeholders are consulted in order to provide the best possible support for physical and mental health in the workplace (e.g. the Sports Institute, Human Resources Department, Family Service, Equal Opportunities Officer, Company Doctor, AGG Officer, Continuing Education and Event Management Unit).
We also cooperate with other stakeholders, e.g. the Techniker Krankenkasse, which supports us in designing individual offers.
