Personnel Development

Personnel development is an overarching task within TU Clausthal, the success of which depends on the interaction of all those affected, involves all employees and should be reflected in every organizational unit. These are supported by the central offers. Internal and external training programs are intended to contribute to the expansion of personnel development at Clausthal University of Technology. Individual qualification requirements are determined in the annual appraisal. As a further instrument, personnel development also includes organizational measures.
