The overarching goal is to maintain and promote the health of employees.
In order to achieve this, TU Clausthal's occupational health management primarily relates to the fields of action listed below, whereby the focal points in the individual organizational units are to be set differently depending on the specific initial situation and objectives on site:
- Health-oriented leadership (further development of / development of a health-oriented leadership culture)
- Promotion of health skills
- Company support systems (e.g. company integration management)
- Occupational safety and health protection
- Designing health-promoting working conditions, processes and structures (e.g. flexible working hours)
- Implementation and further development of offers
- Evaluation
Based on the previous fields of action, the training and further education measures from the personnel development concept should also be driven forward.
