Organizational Development Unit
The Organizational Development department is the central point of contact for issues relating to organizational and personnel development, occupational health management and process management in the administration. It advises, accompanies and supports project managers in the implementation of change processes. Another important task in this context is the development and provision of expertise and training in agile project management.
As an employer, TU Clausthal is committed to supporting its employees in maintaining and improving their health. In 2022, it institutionalized occupational health management as part of personnel and organizational development. The OU staff unit is responsible for the design and coordination of occupational health management. We advise and support you in the implementation of healthy working conditions and accompany projects for a health-promoting university as part of occupational health management.
